It was a brilliant, eye-opening experience that fundamentally deepened my understanding of how AI — from generative models to agentic systems — is reshaping the way organisations operate, compete, and create value.
Why this matters for leadership development
As someone who has spent over a decade designing leadership development programmes, I see a clear convergence: the leaders who will thrive in the coming years are those who understand not just what AI can do, but how it changes the way teams think, decide, and collaborate.
This programme gave me the frameworks to integrate AI literacy directly into the leadership models I work with — from psychological safety in AI-augmented teams to critical thinking in an age of automated recommendations.
